Gradyano “Rinnqt” Valendy Continues in True Rippers as Head of MOBA Division
True Rippers is proud to announce that Gradyano “Rinnqt” Valendy will be taking on a new role as Head of the MOBA Division, overseeing both Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Honor of Kings as the organization continues to expand its international esports ambitions.
An Indonesian esports coach with years of experience across the MOBA ecosystem, Rinnqt brings a combination of competitive experience, coaching expertise, scouting ability, and regional knowledge to TRUE Rippers.
From Player to Coach
Rinnqt began his esports journey as a professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player. As the MOBA ecosystem continued to grow and Honor of Kings began establishing itself as a major competitive title, he transitioned into HOK and eventually retired from professional play to pursue a career behind the scenes.
His transition into coaching saw him work with international esports organizations, including RRQ and VUS, where he contributed as an assistant coach and analyst. These experiences allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of team building, player development, strategic preparation, and competitive scouting.
Over time, Rinnqt also became increasingly involved in mentoring and empowering young esports athletes, helping emerging players develop both inside and outside of competition.
His Journey with True Rippers
In April 2026, Rinnqt joined True Rippers as the HOK Head Coach for the organization's first-ever Honor of Kings India esports roster, HOK Kings Arise.
The team competed against some of India's strongest esports organizations and teams, including S8UL, Revenant Esports, and GODL, ultimately securing 3rd place in the overall standings.
While the result marked an important milestone for TRUE Rippers' HOK division, the organization quickly recognized something beyond the results: Rinnqt's ability to identify talent, understand player potential, and build competitive lineups.
His experience coming from Indonesia — one of the world's strongest and most established regions for MOBA esports — gives True Rippers an important international perspective as the Indian MOBA ecosystem continues to develop.
Building the Future of True Rippers
Following the conclusion of HOK Kings Arise, Rinnqt's role within True Rippers evolved beyond coaching.
His ability to scout players, evaluate talent, develop rosters, and understand the competitive landscape made him a natural fit to take on a larger responsibility within the organization.
Rinnqt was also selected as the Head Coach for India's ENC 2026 National Cup, where he was tasked with helping build and lead India's national Honor of Kings roster and represent the country on the international stage.
These experiences further strengthened his role as a leader within the Indian MOBA ecosystem.A New Chapter
After stepping away from his coaching position, Rinnqt will now take on the role of Head of True Rippers' MOBA Division.
In this position, he will oversee the organization's Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Honor of Kings divisions, working on player scouting, roster development, competitive strategy, talent identification, and the long-term growth of True Rippers' MOBA esports operations.
His focus will not be limited to building individual teams. The goal is to establish a sustainable competitive structure that can identify promising talent, develop players, and create teams capable of competing at the international level.
