5. Tournaments and Competitive Play

Participation in True Rippers tournaments and competitive events is subject to the following conditions:

All participants must meet eligibility requirements specified for each tournamentPlayers must adhere to the rules and regulations of each specific tournament, which will be communicated prior to the eventTrue Rippers reserves the right to disqualify any player for cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or violation of tournament rulesPrize distribution is subject to applicable tax laws. Winners may be required to provide tax identification documentsTournament schedules, formats, and prize pools may be modified at our discretion with reasonable noticeAll decisions made by tournament administrators and referees are final

6. User-Generated Content

Our Services may allow you to post, submit, or share content, including comments, forum posts, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant True Rippers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

The True Rippers name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of True Rippers Esports. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Merchandise and Purchases

All merchandise purchases through our Services are subject to the following terms:

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if True Rippers has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless True Rippers Esports and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements including legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
