Videographer - Senior

True Rippers Esports is looking for a Senior Videographer to lead the visual storytelling behind our teams, players, and events. You'll own our video content end-to-end — from tournament coverage and cinematic hype reels to social clips and long-form YouTube pieces — setting the creative bar for the brand and mentoring junior members of the content team. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes gaming culture and knows how to turn raw footage and gameplay into content that fans want to share.

3+ years of professional videography and video editing experience, ideally in gaming, esports, sports, or entertainment.

A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating range across cinematic, documentary-style, and fast-paced social content.Advanced proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).Solid understanding of shooting fundamentals — lighting, framing, audio capture, and camera operation.Working knowledge of esports titles, tournament formats, and gaming/streaming culture.Experience creating platform-specific content (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, X/Twitter) and an understanding of what performs on each.Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content across events, team houses, player features, and studio shoots.

Produce cinematic hype/recap videos, highlight reels, and match aftermovies.Capture and edit gameplay footage into engaging clips and montages.Own the full post-production pipeline: editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery.Collaborate with social, marketing, and management teams to align content with campaigns and sponsor obligations.Set and maintain visual standards, templates, and brand consistency across all output.Mentor and review the work of junior videographers and interns.Manage footage archives, project files, and shooting equipment.
