GFX Editor/Designer - Intern

True Rippers Esports is looking for a GFX Editor/Designer Intern to help create the graphics that power our brand across social media, streams, and events. From matchday posters and player announcements to YouTube thumbnails, emotes, and campaign visuals, you'll work alongside our design and content team to produce eye-catching graphics that fans notice. This is a learning-focused role for a creative with a strong sense of style, solid fundamentals, and the drive to grow fast in a real esports production environment.

A genuine passion for gaming, esports, and graphic design.

Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator (or equivalent tools).A portfolio or samples of your work — personal projects, freelance, or school work all count.Understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and composition.Familiarity with social platforms and the type of visuals that perform on each.Reliable, coachable, and quick to take feedback and iterate.Currently studying, recently graduated, or self-taught in design or a related creative field (formal qualifications not required if the work is strong).

Design social media graphics: matchday posters, results, player announcements, and hype posts.

Create YouTube thumbnails, banners, and stream/brand assets.Help maintain templates and ensure brand consistency across all output.Assist senior designers on larger campaigns and event branding.Resize and adapt graphics for different platforms and formats.Organize and manage design files and assets.Contribute ideas in brainstorms and content planning sessions.
