Videographer - Intern

True Rippers Esports is offering a Videographer Internship for an aspiring creator looking to break into esports and gaming content. You'll work alongside our senior videographers and content team, getting hands-on experience shooting and editing real content for our teams, players, and events. This is a learning-focused role built for someone with raw talent, a strong eye, and the hunger to grow fast in a real production environment.

A genuine passion for gaming, esports, and video content creation.

Basic to intermediate experience with editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).A portfolio, showreel, or personal projects (school work, freelance, or self-made content all count).Understanding of core editing concepts — cuts, pacing, transitions, and audio sync.Familiarity with social platforms and the type of content that works on them.Reliable, coachable, and able to take feedback and iterate quickly.Currently studying, recently graduated, or self-taught in film, media, or a related creative field (formal qualifications not required if the work is strong).

Assist senior videographers on shoots and productions.

Edit short-form clips, highlights, and social content under guidance.Help capture gameplay, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.Organize and manage footage, project files, and assets.Support the content team with day-to-day production tasks.Learn and apply the organization's visual style and editing standards.Contribute ideas in content brainstorms and planning sessions.
